Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara || Review

I'm a late comer to this party, I only picked it up as when Superdrug were doing their buy 3 things get a free makeup bag, I needed a third thing. This was at the till so I grabbed it and it has started to become one of my favorite mascaras. The Max Factor False Lash Effect mascara is £10.99, on the pricey side of drugstore, but still a really good price for this mascara.

The packaging is usually black, however, mine has a unique limited edition design on it of golden wing like things. The mascara wand is very thick, but very similar to Benefit They're Real mascara and Revlon Photo Ready 3D mascara. Just like those mascaras, the Max Factor mascara delivers a lot of length but not a lot of volume. I love using this mascara to give me a nice long lash look when I don't want to wear my Benefit mascara. It doesn't hold onto the lashes like the Benefit mascara so it can run if your eyes get watery, which can be a bit of a pain.

Over all this mascara is great, and I would recommend it to anyone after that long lash look, you usually get with the Benefit mascara. You can apply a volumizing mascara on top of this mascara just to add a little bit more volume without compromising the length.

What is your favorite lengthening mascara??

Stay Gorgeous
