The Body Shop Virgin Mojito Collection || Review

So June is my Birthday month and I got a whole bunch of emails from places about Birthday offer, one of which was The Body Shop. So looking online to see what goodies I could get, I saw the newest collection, The Virgin Mojito collection. I love mojitos in the summer and I couldn't wait to have a smell of these goodies to see if they smelt just as good as a real mojito. Heading into my local Body Shop, I headed straight to the range and had a sniff. Instantly I thought of summer and my last holiday in Cyprus, I had to get this collection. So, I left with a body wash, body butter and body sorbet.

I love The Body Shop's body wash and usually pick up the coconut one, so I had to pick up the mojito range. The body washes are all soap free, meaning they don't foam up as much as normal body wash, as they don't have all those added chemicals to make it so. What I love about the body washes is that they are really moisturizing, and leave my legs feeling really soft. If you have no shaving cream or body sorbet, I love using this to shave my legs. The smell is really nice, a fresh mojito scent to start, which lingers and changes into a more earthy fresh, like picking fresh mint leaves. It is so affordable and wonderful on the skin it is one of my holy grail products, and in the mojito scent, the perfect summer product.

I love The Body Shop's body butter in coconut, as it is just an iconic and delicious scent. It is a thick moisturizer that helps keep the scent on your body all day, while keeping dry skin at bay. The mojito body butter has the same scent as the body wash, and just helps the summer scent last all day. I love smelling my arms though out the day, as it is just so calming and refreshing. It's calming as it just reminds me of being on holiday, relaxing in the sun, and it's refreshing as the mint and lime scent just awakens the scenes. As it is a large tub the summer scent will last as long as possible.

This is a strange one for me as I have only started to use the body sorbets. I have been using this product to shave my legs as its so nice and moisturizing. But, I only recently found out it is really a frosted moisturizer, which as a moisturizer I'm not a fan of, but I have seen many people use it to shave their legs. Again, the mojito scent is the same, and being something I use to shave my legs it helps seep in to the skin more, meaning the scent lasts longer. It leaves my legs feeling silky smooth and very hydrated, great for these dry summer months.

I love this range so much that I am not using the products anymore until I'm in desperate need of a pick me up. But, they will be used during my holiday to Turkey, just so I can imprint that relaxation feeling with the products. It is a limited edition range, which I hope they bring out again, so go have a sniff and pick up a few bits while they are still in stores.

Stay Gorgeous
