Revlon ColorStay Concealer || Review

When it comes to concealers, I am really picky and a concealer that is great is one that is high coverage and works well at hiding those hard to hide blemishes. This particular concealer is nothing much to rave about, I have heard so many good reviews on the Foundation that I presumed the concealer would be just as good.

The concealer is very creamy, which is good for blending and doesn't stick to quickly before it blends. However, the coverage is more medium then full, which is ok when you have light blemishes but those hard to cover ones just don't cover. I found that the larger blemishes came through the concealer and when they were covered the blemish would start to come through after a few hours. The concealer didn't really stick on my nose, which is where I usually find foundation doesn't stick, this is not good at all as I have really bad redness which I like to keep covered.

When it comes to shades you have no choice what so ever, so for you pale and dark skin tones this is not the concealer for you. The two shades they do have are more medium to medium dark (just slightly darker then medium, not dark at all). Also if you are more pink toned then you should avoid this concealer on the face all together as it is more yellow toned. There is a lot of product for price, at £6.99, being a drugstore concealer you will be able to find it in your local Boots or Superdrug. If you do like the foundation I wouldn't recommend the concealer as it is not really what you expect, there are a lot more cheaper and better concealers out there that I would recommend above this one.
